In my own little corner...

So, I am now in Rome, and all checked in. Unpacked and ready for action. So far, it is not at all as ungodly hot as I had expected, nor is the food as ridiculously priced as I had imagined. Our apartment is right on the Campo dei Fiori, and we just watched the morning produce market pack up for the day. The apartment is pretty nice, with beautiful 20 foot+ high ceilings. Class starts tomorrow, which is sure to be a challenge...but for now, I am just going to enjoy my last free night in Rome.

Hey Son==
So enjoyed the pics from the wedding. It was an awesome wedding and I was thrilled to also be able to see all my "sons"==all grown up! Now my baby is a married man!! Yikes= God is good and Sabina is awesome! Have a safe journey and we'll keep you in our prayers. We also are going on our last vacation for a while=a cruise out of New York to the Bahamas in mid July--should be fun!
Take care- Love us

Hey Tony! I plan to be "visiting" the States in May/June 2007. You know... graduations, birthdays, etc. I am already looking forward to it, but glad it is not sooner. Sounds weird, huh?
